This ongoing and progressive lower Advanced Level program is aimed at students with German language skills equivalent to the completion of Level B2 within the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL) and above. Students in this popular program are expected to continue working at level C1.1 during the first Semester, before moving on to sublevel C1.2 throughout the second half of the year (and beyond).
Being a mix of carefully selected conversational practice, reading and writing exercises, grammar as well as Landeskunde (cultural studies), this course is designed to give students the opportunity to further enhance and apply their German language and cultural skills in a fun and relaxed classroom atmosphere.
As a by now customary treat, this program is also set to include a special cultural event and outing during one of the advertised weeks, with details on Semester 1's adventure including the exact date still a secret to be released soon!
